poohstick17, I get the same error message when attempting to add payment information as well as when trying to check out.
Also, I have already tried this as mentioned in the top message.

Hi Dodogong, you will need to try and get in touch with an Ea games advisor again who will help you out as they are the only ones who can deal with accounts/billing issues.

OK GUYS IDK IF THIS WOULD WORK FOR EVERYONE, BUT I BEEN HAVING THIS PROBLEM FOREVER. I JUST PUT SPACES BETWEEN EVERY SET OF NUMBERS LIKE HOW IT COMES UP ON THE CARD ITSELF AND IT TOOK IT INSTANTLY I ALMOST CRIED I WAS SO HAPPY. I HOPE THIS HELPS.

How to fix this please tell me? =(
It worked before with my older card but when i deleted the old card details for new card, Now both cards do not work.
