11 years agopoohstick17, I get the same error message when attempting to add payment information as well as when trying to check out.
Also, I have already tried this as mentioned in the top message.

Hi Dodogong, you will need to try and get in touch with an Ea games advisor again who will help you out as they are the only ones who can deal with accounts/billing issues.
