Hi @Migmi2 This is a fairly common problem which needs be sorted out by EA Help, as it requires changes to your account.

I'm seeing that in my cases it says "Fixed" now, while it is sadly not true. I tested if I could enter but I keep getting the same message

@Migmi2 You will need to speak with EA Help. This is something they'd need to resolve on your account.

Writing this in case anyone is having the same problem in the future.
EA will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help you. They mark your case as closed or fixed and move on. I have weekly messaged them everywhere. They don't even answer.
Today a message popped in for me to pay around 25€ per year to play MY game.
My expectations for EA were low but OMG... So if you have this issue with any of your games consider it gone forever even if you paid for all the DLCs.
