Hi @Migmi2 This is a fairly common problem which needs be sorted out by EA Help, as it requires changes to your account.

You should be able to open a case or use live chat at help.ea.com/en/contact-us to get help.

I'm seeing that in my cases it says "Fixed" now, while it is sadly not true. I tested if I could enter but I keep getting the same message
