Si, me fije bien desde un principio que estuviera conectado. Y si probé a completarla de nuevo (iniciando una nueva campaña) e incluso a repetir el final varias veces (Intercalando con cada final) pero aun nada. Me comunique ya con soporte y se supone que se creo un ticket con el caso. De todas maneras muchas gracias por responder a mi publicación. Saludos!!!

There is a video on Youtube that supposedly by changing some campaign files lets you have them all unlocked, I havent done it yet since im not in my province but I will for sure.
