GUID BAN ea1e8e5f

For the past 4 years, this global ban has come and gone, and I've never been informed why. They don't respond to the tickets I've submitted during this period. I'm always banned when I log into the game via Battlelog. Is anyone else experiencing this? Why is it that after a while I end up being able to play on some servers again? But some servers still show this ban on my account and won't let me in. I've never done anything illegal. I'm an average player and I only play because I really like the franchise.

    Nos últimos 4 anos, esse banimento global vai e vem, e nunca me informaram o motivo. Eles não respondem aos tickets que enviei durante esse período. Estou sempre banido quando tento entrar no jogo pelo Battlelog. Alguém mais está passando por isso? Por que, depois de um tempo, consigo jogar em alguns servidores novamente? Mas alguns servidores ainda mostram esse banimento na minha conta e não me deixam entrar. Nunca fiz nada ilegal. Sou um jogador mediano e só jogo porque gosto muito da franquia.
