BF1 Battlepacks for completing Operations

Hello!

I started playing BF1 around summer, and now it's very difficult and takes a long time to get new skins and Battle Packs.

I know that this game used to have rotating Operations where you could get multiple Battle Packs. But that hasn't happened for a long time now.

Also, the exchange store hasn't updated its inventory in a long time.

Could you tell me when an update is planned, or if one is planned at all? I'd appreciate a response from the community managers.
