Cant recieve Company Coins in BF5

Currently 18 lvl, didnt recieve any Company Coins from ranking up since start. Dont have resources to upgrade weapons etc. Very hard to play against sweat lobbies without upgrades. A week since I started playing had passed, Coins didnt come to account. However daily challenges Coins come no problem. Pls help EA support!
