mouse acceleration. How to use ?

I want to use mouse acceleration, but the standard Windows feature is complete crap. I use the app Rawaccel. It allows for fairly precise speed adjustments, and I really like it. But BF6 keeps throwing a driver deletion error, apparently because of this program. If I close it, everything works fine.

Is there a similar program that would work in BF?
