unable to load library dbdata.dll battlefeild1

Its steam version. i reinstal game 9 time

have a error unable to load library dbdata.dll all time i try a verefy game files steam found 3-4 files i start a game and a same problem i verefy files again  and steam found the same 3-4 files  and this
