20 GB Update After 5.2 Patch Update

I updated 5.2 Patch after, i tried to open game. It's immediately closed. I tried twice.

After, i restart my PC.

I tried open game again. It's not opened.

And i check to "Update Game" now it's downloading 20 GB update.

What's the problem? I don't have high-speed internet. I wait 3 hours and now, I must wait 6 hours.
