I forgot to add this 22nd one:
22. PC: Chat should not reset after each screen transition. e.g. when match ends, to end of round summary, to next match preround, chat that doesn't get entered either deletes or sometimes you're unable to type anything at all.

Here's an example of #3 that carries over to ranks now that we have 500 ranks to grind. There's clearly a mismatch in the level. The end of round game summary shows that level 66 is near completion (which people may confuse to say that you're level 66 but about to advance level 67), yet the Career Progression screen shows a different rank and progress. If I'm currently level 65, it will show that 65 has the progress bar, when it should really show that 66 has the progress bar. That is more intuitive - 65 is done so it should be a full orange circle, whereas level 66 has 46,342 / 93,000 XP.
Why? Because let's say that I'm level 499. Then level 499 has the progress bar and level 500 is completely empty. When I reach rank 500, then the rank 499 bar and rank 500 bar both simultaneously complete themselves unlike how it was done for all previous ranks. It makes no sense to do it like this. I did hear that this was changed to what it is now some months ago, and I think it would make far more sense to return to the more intuitive system we had before.

23. The "same" KDR but with 0 deaths should be ranked higher at the end of round game summary.
Right now, if you have the two highest KDR players, one with 10/0 and another with 10/1 KDR, the one with the 10/1 ratio will be in first, and the one with 10/0 will be in second. It should be the other way around. It seems to rank the undefined division lower than when the denominator is a non-zero positive integer.
