4080 low fps

Question

Hi ive got extremely low fps for this card on 4k ultra (or any settings) 90 fps on 4k about 130 on 1080p with medium and ive done drivers, repair, configs etc. I get amazing fps with dx12 but its a unplayable stutter fest so my only option is subpar perf for what i paid. my system is a i7 12700 4080, 16gb ram and 850w psu all my temps are amazing below 60 degrees so theresa literally nothing i can think of.

This game was released November 9, 2018. I'm sure it has not been patched to improve performance with newer hardware like yours. Unfortunately these games get abandoned by the developers when they are not generating enough revenue.
