4790k on 100% and low fps

Hey Guys, with my INTEL I7 4790K  I am currently getting only around 30fps on average even on the lowest settings. I does run on 100% the whole time I am playing. I still have it on its base clock...

@HardResetting 

If you are seeing very low performance that does not change much with different settings, it may be worthwhile checking your display is connected to your GPU rather than your motherboard video output.

@EA_Barry Thank you for the advise but I hoped that it was clear that I excluded those basic problems before submiting my question 🙂
