How to fix ID sparta bug after update BF5

fixed with luck, point is to find on screen "id sparta update" and click on it this was my way because u can not see update button on main screen after update game , problem is with ORGIN app in safe mode after kiled all orgin services and deleted OriginThinSetupInternal from orgin folder i get clear view when started BFV with some id sparta update, then i click on it and everythink worked, ORIGIN app still in safe mode
I cant get online to play what is this Sparta *, I tried all the options on screen, I have an old version of origin it wont work with updated version EA gave me a link to an old copy. So what do I have to do to get it to work again, waiting on EA help to guide me I hope.
Ive got same issue on PS4, seems like others have as well seeing posts on facebook and twitter, but no official response frome DICE/EA as usual, do they think if they ignore the issue it will go away? Great way to loose those players that have stuck with them through BFV
Fixed ... I’m on ps4 when you get the Sparta screen there are two options to click left and right
click the left one ONCE and wait and it worked for me
I m on PS4,
i try the left button, and right : no way.
I uninstall and reinstall the game : no way.
Of course if the game work again , maybe one day, i have loose my save for sure ?
Maybe this is the time to remove this game definitively...
