A partial/complimentary solution is Ladder/Tier play.
Break down matchmaking to the player levels 1-100; 101-250; 251-400; 401-500
Or by their accumilated K/D Ratios into Bronze, Silver, Gold etc.
That's all well and good but cheaters start at the beginning. Hardware banning would help to solve most of the cheaters
True, but when we're lookin at K/Ds similar to 60+/3 ratios, their time in the lower tiers and ratings will be short lived. As to banning hardware, what does that look like?
It uses the hardware information of the computer that they use so that they can't just go and get multiple accounts. If they want to continue then they would have to replace the computer entirely.
Consoles are infested with cheaters and mods as well. Not just PC. BFV is really bad.
