It uses the hardware information of the computer that they use so that they can't just go and get multiple accounts. If they want to continue then they would have to replace the computer entirely.
Consoles are infested with cheaters and mods as well. Not just PC. BFV is really bad.
What are all the badges that I've been getting actually for? I only came on here to have a moan about cheaters not collect gold stars like a child
