Access Denied
When I go to play the game, it says "access denied" and I don't know how to fix it. It gives no prompts to log in, not even when I try to open multiplayer. I know I have an account (this is a new one) but it's so old I've lost all information for it. The game was downloaded on my brothers acc but it's our home xbox. So I've tried to link my EA account to my xbox but I don't know how and I probably already have one.
I had this problem with BF1 as well, for context.

If you have any questions, you can always contact EA Support as well via Live Chat, and they may be able to help with your Account. Unfortunately there isn't anything we can do here Account related.
Given that today is Christmas, they may not be there at the moment. However, you can always try tomorrow.
