Account rollback and unable to activate deluxe edition

I just finished talking to EA tech support and they said to post here. I was level 75 yesterday. Today I ranked up one or two times. I also had all my class levels maxed. I started a new game on Hanu...

    We have done a back-end update and should have resolved everyone with missing stats!

    If you are still missing stats please let me know by tagging me in the thread!

I logged in this morning to my profile Cedric-__-C and my Battlefield V profile was lost 27 level!.  I didnt lose weapons but I lost my kills, wins statistics, level of classes (Medic,Assault,Support,Recon) Even hours I played ! My Rank is now 67 instead of 94...

 
Can someone please explain me what happened about my acc ? 

Photos: when I was 71,69 in September. Now I am 67...
