Apply for character skin that cannot be unlocked due to bugs

My arms level has reached level 20, but special tasks of character clothing, such as fairy clothing, cannot be unlocked . Please help me unlock all master costume tasks. Thank you🙌

I asked the customer service, and he said that he asked me to share the problem with the EA community, and then waited for the manager to contact me
