However, if they don't work then you would need to contact EA Help for assistance. The different support topics at EA Help give different contact options, so you may need to try a few which are close to your problem until you see the live chat or email options.

I live in Korea. Is Naver wholesaler the problem, not Gmail? I changed it.

- @nowown Give it a try while not signed into your account. Sometimes that affects the contact options. Just make sure you select the options you continue without signing in.
