Avoiding Empty Servers - A big problem for Firestorm players

Summarize your bug The developers approach and attempt to help firestorm players avoid empty servers is a not ideal. I'm sure everyone that actually plays Firestorm regularly would agree that they would much rather be put into an "empty" server and wait for it to fill than have to requeue 4-5 times to try and get a game. It's the afternoon in the US and I know a lot of people are playing other modes to try to get the new LMG unlock, but having to requeue 5 times and finally on the last one clicking skip to get put into a euro server with a 2 man squad is a miserable affair. Please, when a NA player queues firestorm, just create a new US server and let it slowly fill. It is a much more desireable alternative to literally queueing 5 times in a row.

What happens when the bug occurs? End up requeueing 4-5 times to try and find a game.
What should be happening instead? Create the empty server, let it fill with players from the same geographic area.
