Babushka cant play game only black screen

Hello, Babushka tries to play game, game only load map then its only black screen.  Does any EA/DICE member be so kind to answer Babushka if they gonna fix this or they still dont care about us?

Down detector shows a huge spike in this issue over the last hour.

      @ElliotLH I dont know why you merged the threads becuase it was not the same issues. He have a problem with the game booting up and my thread was that you connect to a server, you hear "stuff" in game like choosing spawn places and you could also chat. So this imo was a very big misstake.
