Banned Multiple Times With NO Reason.

After u get ban for anything doesnt matter support team is sleeping. I send everything even my first play streamed with video they say we take correct action u was cheating? Everyone know God know i...

    Hi @DeathOmix,

    I've merged your newly created thread on this same ban in with your existing one. Please stick to the one thread for discussing the same topic, multiple threads would be considered spam which breaks the forum rules.

    Can you take a look through your emails please? Check for emails from the address 'noreply@ea.com'. There should be an email from Terms of Service that shares the general rule broken. For example: ban applied for cheating/hacking/hate speech/etc.

@ElliotLH When we send email its answered by bots. There not real human who answer. ☹️

@DeathOmix The replies are from real people but they use template answers. Contacting them is the only way of appealing I'm afraid. There isn't anyone here who can revoke a game ban.

    @ElliotLH Yes you right here you nothing can do about it. I send second email and Today all my excitement finish to games of ea. Because i know they will answer same. Cannot give meaning to ban with 0 reason. And will not buy again never new account okay ea not wants me as customer anymore and not tell me why i accept this and going away. Thanks elliot for take care and answer.

      They banned my 2 account without reason on BF5 whats solution ? They dont say im cheated or used glitch or what i did for ban. They nothing say. If i will open new account it will ban again?

      @DeathOmix I think EA is banning what they want. I played BF 5 for years. Now I memorized the nicks of the cheaters and stopped entering their server. Although I have reported cheaters many times, I found that they are still in the game. But EA has 1.15 KD rate and banned me. (Thousands of kill and death rates). "Do you think if I cheated, would I have this KD rate in 5 years?" When I asked, I got a "don't ask questions anymore, we won't answer" style. Keep it up EA. Now I have to continue with frustration like 2042.
