please help ive contacted suport 3 times they tried but when they gave me tips on how to fix it didint work at all and they just left with awnserd... when i launch battlefeild 5 theres a windowed screed and its white it says frostbite and it just crashes then. please help

hi im back uh i tried evrything nothing still the same problem i think itl be mutch faster and beter to fix the problem if you go on my pc with TeamViewer it allows you to go on my pc and fix the problem ive used it before its safe and evrything maybe you alrady know about it. i tried evrything i contacted suport on origin 2 times nothing works maybe if you just see the problem your self youl know how to fix it. if you dont want to do this its okay i just think itl be mutch faster :/.
@spooky123241 You're CPU does not meet the minimum required speed as suggested by EA BFV min.req. information page. Upgrading willsolve this problem for you. I'm Sorry there is no easy fix!
