Summarize your bug In the chapter Under No Flag - Butcher and Bolt the menu reports I have only collected 5 of 6 letters. When I enter the game to finish the challenge it shows I have collected 6 of 6. I had collected 1 earlier when playing and went back to collect the last 5. I collected the last 5, the challenge showed completed, I finished the mission and exited back to the menu. The menu reported I had only collected 5 of 6. I entered the game to find the missing one, but in-game it says I have collected all 6.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unsure: The menu displays 5 of 6. When in the act playing the game it shows 6 of 6.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to progress the challenge forward to collect the achievement.
What should be happening instead? 6 of 6 letters should be reflected so the challenge is completed.

I have contacted support prior. I have cleared cache and game files. I let origin validate and download/replace any corrupted files. The game still reflects the same conflict.
