What did the last response you received from the ToS team say?
I suspect that there is no customer service or that the customer service is not human, but rather a robot. Every reply is the same sentence. One word is not bad.

Also, all ban appeals are reviewed by real people. The ToS team doesn't use AI, but they do use template replies to keep information consistent.

In that case, I'm sorry to say they won't lift the ban or accept any further appeals from you.
