Battlefield 5 cannot operate

I haven't played Battlefield 5 for a long time, but when I download it today and start it on Steam, the EA app will restart repeatedly and cannot enter the game. Even if I start the EA app beforehand or directly on the EA app, the result is the same. But if I had started 'It Takes Two', this would not have happened. So I want to know how to solve this problem. Thank you.
