Battlefield 5: can't shoot or sprint.

Question

Hi&nbsp;I wanted to play BF5 after a 1y pause again, but when I started a game, I noticed instantly that I couldn't sprint. When I tried to shoot it didn't work, only when I pressed 'y' to lye down, the gun shot one round. I tried restoring the factory settings, but it didn't help the issue. I even uninstalled the game completely, but you guessed it, without success.&nbsp;I really hope someone can help me here so that I could start enjoying the game again as soon as possible. @Darkskill45 Hey there, I actually had a similar issue in the past myself with Battlefield V.

Can you please try this?

If you delete the "PROFSAVE_Profile" file in your Documents.

So you will need to go to C:\Users\"Your Username"\Documents\Battlefield V\Settings

Once there delete the file I mentioned above and launch the game again.

If this does work for you you can also try disabling any ingame overlays such as Steam overlay or Discord Overlay as well as trying a clean boot of your PC.
