battlefield 5 crashing on startup loading screen

Everytime i launch battlefield 5, it crashes on loading screen. tried alot of fixes like repairing the game, turning on memory isolation in windows security, turning off in game overlays, disabling a...

    Fixed by installing windows 10. Was an os issue I guess. Thanks for help

    Did talk talk with them. They told me could be a game bug since troubleshooting tips not working so they will release an update.
