Hi @AltitudePilot.
If your PC itself has been crashing every day I'm wondering if there might be a hardware issue of some kind. Have you been keeping an eye out on your temperatures? Are you overclocking your CPU?

yeah my temperatures are just fine, I tried replacing my psu a while back but that didn't fix it. Also now when I launch into a game of bf1 my whole computer glitches and I get an error box. I looked it up and appearently that is just a directx error that I don't know how to fix. But I still have no clue about bf5

Hmm, gotcha. Are you running any sort of GPU management software like Rivatuner or MSI Afterburner on your PC?

I used to have msi afterburner before I reinstalled windows a couple weeks ago. I use geforce experience and all of my drivers are up to date.

When you have the chance can you try setting up a Clean Boot on your PC to see if that helps at all? I'm wondering if there still might be something running in the background that could be causing these crashes. For more information on how to set one up check out the EA Help website. Let me know if it keeps happening after that. Thanks!
