Battlefield 5 crashing without error

Hello,

I have got EA Play through Xbox Ultimate Game Pass. I downloaded Battlefield 5 from both Xbox and EA Desktop app. The game doesn't seem to launch and crashes without any errors (It just goes to the loading black screen and suddenly comes back to desktop). And I don't even see an option to Verify/Repair on the EA Desktop app (this really doesn't make sense because do we have to uninstall and install every time we have a problem?). 

I thought the EA App was buggy and tried using Origin, And I dont even see Battlefield 5 game in my Games Library. It is asking me to buy the game or get it now through EA Play (It is asking me to subscribe to EA Play aswell) even though I have EA Play already.

I dont know how to explain this case because it's totally weird and I just had to talk to 2 advisors from EA Support who just ditched me half way without giving proper resolution.

I hope the community can help me with this issue.
