battlefield 5 definitive edition does not give elite skins

When purchasing the Battlefield V definitive edition, you are told you will be given all of the elite skins. However, I did not receive them and the support was not helpful at all. I want to speak to...

@Andrew5513 I don´t have the definitive edition, but could it possibly be, that you have to claim all the skins in the armory?

@N4v1s Trying to remember from when I upgraded to the Definitive edition and think I did have to claim the elites from the Armory.
