battlefield 5 doesnt launch
Hello, I have a problem with launching battlefield 5 , bought it from steam. Talked with the EA support to provide fixes, every provided fix didnt help me with the issue. I've tried A LOT of fixes...

@MidouFox Deleted Teamviewer, still no luck.
@KapitonasVudis I installed bf4 today (bought it on the EA app), it doesn't use the anti-cheat, but it still didn't launch (told me to repair). I used to play Bf4 on this same machine just a few months ago. So I'm guessing it's something to do with the EA app?

I had at one point Dragon age inquisition installed, and with it Frosty mod manager, I knew that Frosty caused trouble so I deleted it but even then it didn't solve the problem (crashed kept happening).
To fix it you need to delete a key from the registry.
All you have to do is:
- Open registry (search for 'regedit')
- Press CTRL+F (or simply search)
- Look for "GAME_DATA_DIR"
- It will take a few seconds, but if it finds something (For me it had my old dragon age inquisition install dir), right-click on it and then remove.
- That's it, enjoy.

@danisoff Maybe you have other fixes?
- @KapitonasVudis You are sure you have no unwanted program running right? for me I still need to launch my game as admin otherwise it won't launch. As a last resort a clean windows install will certainly fix the problem.
