BattleField 5 Fps Low, High Cpu usage, and Low GPU usage

I have a really weird problem with my computer that I would like some help with. It's home-built and meant for gaming. However, on origin games, from BattleFront 2 to Battlefield 5 to Apex Legends, I get this fps cap at 11 fps on all resolutions and settings. It seems to be only origin games. I've tried disabling vsync, but to no avail. But, it seemed to revert back to 11 after a reboot. I have tried uninstalling/ reinstalling drivers, fixing heat issues, and uninstalling/ re-installing the origin and the games. Any help is appreciated, even if it is just speculation.

  • Put "- Gametime.MaxVariableFps ###" in the advanced launch options, ### being your preferred fps limit.

  • When you uninstalled the GPU driver did you use DDU in safe mode?

If you right click the start menu button and click command prompt(admin) then type:

    sfc /scannow

    and hit enter.

If the scan repairs something restart your PC and try out a game.

If the scan fails let me know.

If it completes without having to fix anything then your OS is fine.
