Battlefield 5 is not launching (EA desktop)

I have just bought Xbox game pass and downloaded Battlefield 5 via EA desktop. When I click play, the game is not launching. EA Desktop says that my status is playing BF5 then turns to Online. Namely, it begins like starting but nothing happens. I've tried so many ways but i couldn't get any solution. What should I do?

    @XOETIKA Find a new franchise to play. EA will just tell you to install CCleaner instead of fixing your issue. They have no idea how to deal with customers or minor technical issues like a driver check. Its like talking to a brick wall. Just wait for the swarm of 0 star reviews when people can't launch the new Battlefield game for some BS driver check.

    Hey there, @XOETIKA, what troubleshooting have you done so we don't recommend the same items. 🙂 

    Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?
