Battlefield 5 is not saving my progress

I have troubles with battlefield 5 not saving anything. I'm playing on pc. Battlefield 5 has got two folders, one in location c:\programmfiles\EAgames\Battlefield5 and second in location c:\users\user\appdata\local\Battlefield5 and this one is completly empty. I installed it through redeem code on EAapp.

    Hello @30909v5avohv,

    You should try uninstalling/installing the game. Is your singleplayer progress not being saved or multiplayer?

    Singleplayer, i can't play multiplayer yet. And that's another problem, my EAapp is refusing to uninstall it. Every time i press uninstall nothing happens.

    @30909v5avohv,

    You can try repairing your game file.

    1. Launch the EA app and go to your Library.
    2. Find the game you want to repair and select the three-dot menu in the top right-hand corner of the game tile.
    3. Choose Repair.
    4. When the game has finished repairing, try launching it again.

    That is about everything I can think of.
