Battlefield 5 Mastery Assignments not Unlocking

I've been at level 20 on Assault, Medic and Support for a while now and I never unlocked the mastery assignments for these classes. I can view the progression of each class in my company but even tho...

    Hi @burgertanker There are some workarounds you can try which I've listed below:

    - Try power cycling your equipment (full shutdown of console/PC, unplugged for ~2 minutes, restart your router).
    - Some items appear in your Armory, please check it out.
    - Play another full match and/or earn another player rank. Remember that you will need to wait for the next round to begin before leaving the match.
    - Completing a round of Combined Arms has been known to work, give it a try.

you need to open a case, then an employee will grant you access to the assignments if you have earned them ofcourse.

    Guys please help, so I’ve had the same exact problem but I’ve contacted EA in the form of an email which is what the instructions were under the section “missing earned content” in the BFV heading and it told me to reply to an email with my information and proof and an hour later I got an email saying that emails for bfv aren’t monitored anymore. So I can’t contact them and I have tried literally every method that’s in forums. Another thing is that it asked me to resume my case so I clicked “resume” and it just took me to the stupid “help” page that just gives me useless information and then gos full circle, does anyone know what to do???
