Battlefield 5 stuck at menu screen ps4

So when i try to play the game, after i press x at the menu screen, nothing happens. It doesnt load at all, there is music in the background. I have tried to delete the game and downloading it again ...

    Hello @axl878axl878 Try to delete your saves from game and try to start game again, if it didnt help let me know. 🙂

Tried this and nothing just stuck.or at least think I deleted data correctly.
