Battlefield 5 weapon gun customization bug, cannot change specializations PC

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu

Summarize your bug This bug cannot permit change gun customization after unlock level 4. Reset default customizations and cannot chose yours neither can permit you to use your skins or unlock any skin after the level is reached by you.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You have to unlock the gewerh 5-1 to level 4, then reset the default specialization and later select your, or also trying to use a skin of this weapon you like
What happens when the bug occurs? It can permit to change specialization or use your skin, also can't permit to see available the skin you have unlocked with your level
What should be happening instead? You should to be able to use your custom specializations or skins

GUN CUSTOMIZATION BUG. CANNOT CHANGE GUN SPECIALIZATIONS ON BATTLEFIELD 5

I unlock level 5 gewerh 5-1 and I need custom specializations, but I can't put them on it, I notice that I can neither put custom skins on my weapon. This video will explain the bug:

    Hello everyone, 

    We have deployed a back end fix so you should be able to use skin customisation on your guns and be able to change gun specialisations again. 

    If you see anything not working please tag me.

    @aresclaw I'm getting this exact same issue on the KE7. I have it to level 10 and it will let me reset the specs but not add any new ones just like in your video. If I load into a game with the specs set to 0, it will put the 4 default ones on, then I change them back, leave the game, restart game etc, and it automatically loads the 4 defaults.

    Please select your region Europe

    Summarize your bug I wanted to change the specializations on my lee enfield. my weapon level is lvl 9 so i reset the specialization. But when i try to select an specialization option nothing happens so i cant get any specialization option on this weapon. I have tried restarting the game multiple times but it still does'nt work

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Reset lee-enfield specialisation and try to fill it again.
    What happens when the bug occurs? i click a specialization option for the lee-enfield and i hear the sound of selecting it but nothing happens. But when i try this on a different weapon everything works just fine.
    What should be happening instead? The selected speciaization should be active and i should be able to select the next 1 in the specialization tree

    I got exactly the same with the Lee-enfield on ps4. But EA doesn't seem to answer/fix those bugs.

    I have the same issue.

    I've tried changing skins of the gun and character - nothing works.

    Its only  this gun tho.
