Battlefield 5 wont launch

Ok, I've uninstalled Origin. The uninstall of Origin did remove all my installed Origin Games as well.
I did reinstall it to another path.
My first install path was not the default. Now I did install to the default path.
Changed the Game install path in the settings.
Started the Download of BF5.
After around 25% Download of the 50GB it showed me that I can start the game already. And the Game started. I will leave the game started until the install will be finished. Will see if it will still run and if it will still start after a relaunch.

Apparently there was a patch today (or at least very recently from after i made my initial post in this thread) and after installing that patch (17GB) I am able to launch the game and play it.
This 17GB patch was the first big update released for BFV yesterday, and it was exactly what broke the game for me. Before the patch I was playing perfectly fine and now after I updated it won´t launch anymore.
Yep. The same issue happened with me after the Wednesday update.
Just a couple of hours ago today i was playing without a problem and now i'm having exactly same issue as OP. BFV won't launch. bfv.exe briefly appears in the Task Manager, then disappears. No game window, no error, nothing.
Tried everything imaginable. Reverted back my video driver and latest windows update (i'm on Win7 x64). Reinstalled Origin and BFV, ran CCleaner for clean boot, cleaned manually GPU_Cache folder, removed settings folder, disabled Origin-ingame and cloud sync. Nada. It won't launch. Incredibly frustrating.
This may or may not help you all , long story short husband could not get BFV to start after the patch he removed two programs he used to overclock his cpu and gpu @ desktop and now the game will start for him. I hope this is some help for someone. To test this if it is a program on the PC try a clean boot....
