That EA/Dice are ignoring.
A lot of people are having this issue, not just you, so there is that. Most of us have tried everything, from rolling back drivers and windows updates, playing in Fullscreen/Borderless/Windowed, as well as changing various graphical options. Right now my theory is that's it has something to do with RTX implementation. Im going to try a few things tomorrow and will update the thread as needed.
It actually doesn't have anything to do with RTX! I have similar issues on a 2080 ti and I decided to try to run the game on one of my old 1080s and it still happens. It does take a bit longer though. With the 2080 Ti it crashes as soon as I load a map, with the 1080 I can play for 45 seconds before the crash.

Happend to a mate yesterday evening too, the card in question is 2080ti too. This workstation is stable, it´s been used for automated simulations in CATIA, which are running for a long period (8-24 hours) and max out the load of the CPU/GPU/PSU and heat. No crashes at all, so it´s a buggy nvidia driver or frostbite engine or a combination of both.
