Hello! I have had a problem ever since i first started playing Battlefield V which is that everytime i start the game, the "intro" that played at first launch, plays again. Every time! Also, all the settings are reset. Seems like all local data gets deleted. Does anyone else have this issue? Does anyone have a fix?Thanks in advance. 🙂

Thanks!! This was the solution for me! Go on documents folder in Windows, and Battlefield V folder. then settings and remove _tmp from PROFSAVE_tmp file. So filename is only "PROFSAVE"Thanks again EA_Blueberry.

I've got the same issue, tried running origin with adriministrator rights but nothing happened ☹️

If you are playing on PC can you try going to the Battlefield V folder and change the file PROSAVE_tmp to PROSAVE

Same problem here. That file isn't in the folder, tried many solutions from other posts and none work. Some say that if your Windows user is linked to a Microsoft account it happens but I don't want to have a second user just for BFV. PROSAVE file gets modified each time I open and close the game as it says in file explorer, tried to modify t with and Hex editor without luck.

go into the document folder and then BF 5 settings also there is one called PROSAVE_TMP and you switch to PROSAVE, you also restart the game. it seems to me

Same problem for me. Load game, adjust brightness, choose audio configuration then play through intro again! Bit of a pain tbh.

I finally worked it out. As a bunch of people already have said, you should change the name of that file (forgot what it's called). It didn't work at first, but i tried again and it worked.
