Battlefield V - Intro plays at every launch

Hello! I have had a problem ever since i first started playing Battlefield V which is that everytime i start the game, the "intro" that played at first launch, plays again. Every time! Also, all the settings are reset. Seems like all local data gets deleted. Does anyone else have this issue? Does anyone have a fix?

    Thanks!! This was the solution for me! Go on documents folder in Windows, and Battlefield V folder. then settings and remove _tmp from PROFSAVE_tmp file. So filename is only "PROFSAVE"

    After doing all of this, I retrieved the old sata hard drive that i had replaced, hooked it back up as a slave drive. Then found that the Battlefield V folder was located in a different spot then the C:/User/name/document  folder. All I had to do was copy this file and paste it onto my new hard drive in the same location. Problem solved ( except I still don't understand why it didn't work by re-installing origin and the game itself )

    @EA_Blueberry LOL, for 2 years silly handless monkeys from DICE/EA can't release a patch for this *. And we must fix it like that for our own $50. Nice EA.

    90 GB download, Endless hours of waiting to just play this failure of a game, This issue is there from launch, Shame on you Dice and EA, Shame on you and all the other Developers working on this game and not fixing a Bug that has been happening from the Launch of the game.
