So to give you an update, i was with EA chatting yesterday for 6 hours & tried countless steps.
They ended up telling me at the end that it is just an issue i have to deal with till its resolved.
Also to follow EA on twitter to stay up to date. lol
The optimizing App is GAMEFIRST VI, i went into my setting/Admin control panel & disabled all programs at launch along with anti virusl.
The game still refused to launch, i really don't know what's going on here.
My Nvidia says i have the latest driver installed, my windows is up to date.
I have ran both as admin, i have used CCleaner done the uninstall & restart, repeated the steps with REVO instead.
All my other games that have downloaded via EA Play work fine except for Battlefront V.
Modding Battlefront II & the character cosmetics is easier then this.
Im at the point were im going to subscribe with Steam to see if i can launch the game through their.
Im at a lost right now & really do not know what to do.

2nd potential way to solve this problem -->, u can try unlock build windows Administrator account (I prefer method 1 from this webside --> https://www.technipages.com/windows-administrator-account-login-screen) , log into this account & try turn on BFV. This method fixed my problem with BFV Documents (settings ect.).
If this 2 potential ways to solve the problem won't help, just try the lost one.--> u can to try to it's with choosen option ,,save your files'', then OS will reinstall withound lost ur data (almost like format OS) but try first try these 2 ways above or look for others, option ''Reset this PC'' is really the ultimate method
