I have a video of myself getting multi-kills with an airstrike, but the game won't register that I got the achievement. It's the last thing I have to do before I get the helmet. Whats the deal?

Were you playing in a "core" lobby by any chance? A lot of people who had this problem said it never worked for them.
When I completed the challenge it was right after selecting it in the ToW menu and loading into Fjell - I wasn't squad leader right away but took it off our leader because he wasn't marking any objectives and managed 3 kills.
This seems to be a large problem for most players, including myself. There are other threads on here devoted to this question as well, with others who have also had this problem. It's not just with the look up assignment either, but this one is a hard one to accomplish as it takes 41k collective squad points to get the VF1 or JB2 missiles and then 2 kills with them, so it's very frustrating when it doesn't register. I'm hoping the next update fixes these glitches, because other friends who I play have mentioned that this really agitates them, as it's the only way to acquire otherwise unobtainable awards. Look in "Bug glitches" thread for further details/more comments about this. That's where I've been seeing others with the same query.
I want to know why I just did a half hour grind as squad leader, about to use the airstike and got kicked as squad leader, only for some punk to squander the points I accrued? Stupid unlock and petty game mechanic, youre attention is sometimes on the game at hand and don't always delegate orders sometimes you're carrying an ignorant bunch of strangers... It's an ugly, dead space-esque looking helmet and I'll be glad when this week is over ..
