Battlefield V corrupted cloud error code ec:10607

a few hours before it happened I played normally, I closed the game after some time I wanted to play again and I got the error with the code in the title, I can no longer play online and I lost all the progress, I can't contact anyone from the EA games team and I can't open tickets for a specific reason, I have no ban on any game and absolutely nothing, I've tried all possible options and I can't solve the problem, please help me

    I delete and reinstall the game at regular intervals. After playing the game for a while, I delete and reinstall it again and now I have this problem too. Nothing like this has ever happened before. what should I do?
