Battlefield V crash on launch/error message

I have tried to launch the game Battlefield V multiple times, on startup it gives me an error/crash report. 

I have tried MANY attempts to fix the issue, like reinstalling it, repairing EA AC. Reinstalling EA  AC. Verifying my files, etc. None of which have fixed it.
