I'm having this same issue recently, it seems to be driver related. I recently removed one of my GPUs and that caused me to need to reinstall my drivers. This problem started immediately after.

I regularly use Ccleaner and police my active processes. Nothing abnormal there.
- Try cleaning up your system with Display Driver Uninstaller and re-install a fresh GPU driver. DDU removes all traces of GPU drivers. Sometimes stuff stays behind and causes corruption in the driver which could lead to crashes like this.
