Battlefield V frame-rate capped@144 and broken since the EA app update.

Ever since updating to the EA app, the framerate has been capped at 144, and you can't unlock it. I'm experiencing a ton of stutters capped like this and it sucks, no launch commands work, and when you try to change the maxvariable fps, it's stuck on "float32." setting a cfg, autoexec doesn't work. 

Is there anything I can do at all, any launch command? Any way to fix this issue? Battlefield 2042 and Apex Legends uncap perfectly.
